Pre-Selection of Athletes |

The committee have been asked whether there is a policy of preselection of an athlete for an international event(s). THERE IS NOT.
Apparently there is concern that the selection panel have already ‘preselected’ their team for certain events despite having only had the benefit of seeing performances at one of a number planned assessment events. We can confirm that teams are selected as per the policy statements previously made. A continuous assessment policy is used and no automatic places are granted. |
